Important Note

The passenger side mount requires removing the factory rear heater and blower assembly. That unit takes up nearly all the space the storage compartment would otherwise use, and once it's removed, it's removed, this isn't a small detail to skim past. If you still rely on that rear heat, use the standard universal mount instead, no removal required.

scheel-mann Vario F / Vario F XXL, heated and Klima compatible.

A complete, vehicle specific way to put a scheel-mann seat in your 80 Series, done right the first time. This package pairs a premium scheel-mann orthopedic seat with the Tolerance Stack mounting system, built specifically for this platform rather than adapted from a universal bracket.

The mount itself is one rigid, boxed structure rather than a flat plate with unbraced legs, so it stays put off road instead of shifting and wobbling under you. It also encloses the space under the seat into real, usable storage, taking advantage of the scheel-mann Vario F's lift up center cushion, instead of leaving that space empty like most setups do.

Klima compatible: Works with scheel-mann heated and heated/cooled (Klima) Vario F and Vario F XXL seats. Cooling functions are controlled separately through scheel-mann's own switches.

Safety systems preserved: The seatbelt bracket lets the buckle move with the seat on its sliders, the way it does from the factory, instead of staying fixed in one spot. All other vehicle safety systems remain functional as designed.

Seat availability: scheel-mann seats included in this package are stocked in specific configurations only. Stitching patterns and certain cosmetic options require a custom build from Germany with a longer lead time. Seat availability varies by model, upholstery, and configuration. We're also developing a +1.25" "command height" mount option for a higher seating position, still being finalized.
