Tolerance Stack Free .STL File Personal Use License

 

By downloading any and all Tolerance Stack .stl files ("the File") from tolerance-stack.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

License Grant: Tolerance Stack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to download, use, and modify the File solely for your personal, non-commercial 3D printing and production.

 

Permitted Use: You are permitted to: 3D print physical objects from the File for your own personal use.

Modify or alter the File for the sole purpose of personal 3D printing and production.
 

Prohibited Use: You are expressly prohibited from:
• Using the File or any physical objects produced from the File for any business, commercial, or professional purpose. • • Duplicating, reproducing, or mass-producing physical objects from the File for sale or distribution.

• Selling, distributing, sub-licensing, or otherwise making the File available to third parties.

• Using the File or physical objects produced from it in a manner that competes with or is detrimental to Tolerance Stack.

 

Ownership: Tolerance Stack retains all right, title, and interest in and to the original design embodied in the File, including all intellectual property rights. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

 

Disclaimer of Warranty: The File is provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tolerance Stack does not warrant that the File will meet your requirements or that its use will be error-free.

 

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Tolerance Stack be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the download, use, or inability to use the File.

 

Acceptance: Downloading the File constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
