At Tolerance Stack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the specialized nature of our automotive seating products, returns are subject to strict conditions outlined below.
Important: Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these return terms.
Return Eligibility Requirements
All of the following conditions must be met for any return to be considered:
• Time Limit: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Unused Condition: Items must be completely unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
• Original Packaging: Items must be returned in original packaging with all components, hardware, manuals, and documentation
• Return Authorization: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to return
• Inspection Approval: All returned items are subject to inspection and must meet our resale standards
Items Generally NOT Eligible for Return
The following items are generally not eligible for return but may be considered at our sole discretion:
• Installed Products: Items that have been installed, mounted, or connected to a vehicle are generally not returnable but may be accepted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Modified Items: Products that have been altered, customized, or modified in any way
• Custom Orders: Special order items, custom configurations, or made-to-order products
• Electrical Components: Used wiring harnesses (unless as a core), sensors, or electrical components
• Damaged Items: Products showing signs of wear, damage, scratches, or mishandling
• Incomplete Returns: Items missing components, packaging, documentation, or hardware
Restocking Fees
All eligible returns are subject to restocking fees:
• Standard Uninstalled Items: 20% restocking fee on purchase price
• Installed Items (if accepted at our discretion): Higher restocking fees apply to cover refurbishment costs
• Special Order Items: 25% restocking fee (if return is approved at our discretion)
• Items Requiring Refurbishment: Additional fees may apply for cleaning, repackaging, or restoration
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact Us First: Email us with your order number and reason for return

Obtain RMA Number: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number if your return qualifies

Original Packaging Required: Pack items in original packaging with all components

Ship Within 5 Days: Returns must be shipped within 5 days of RMA approval
Inspection and Refund Process
• Inspection Period: 5-10 business days after receipt
• Condition Assessment: Items not meeting return standards will be returned to customer at customer's expense
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds processed within 2-3 business weeks after inspection
• Refund Method: Refunds issued to original payment method only
• Customer Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
Exceptions and Defective Products
Product Defects: Items with manufacturing defects may be returned or exchanged at our discretion. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective product.
Installation Issues: Products that don't fit due to vehicle variations, modifications, or installation errors are not considered defective and are not generally eligible for return once installation is attempted.
Case-by-Case Review: We may consider exceptions to this policy under extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.

• Installed Items Policy: While we generally do not accept returns on installed products, we may make exceptions at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, subject to additional restocking fees and refurbishment costs
• Vehicle Compatibility: Customer is responsible for verifying fitment prior to installation
• Professional Installation: We strongly recommend professional installation for all products
• Lost/Damaged Returns: We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
