Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Tolerance Stack. We are committed to delivering your orders accurately and on time. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery—both domestically and internationally.
 

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Exceptions: Processing times may vary due to product availability, custom items, or peak demand. You will be notified if delays occur.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Missing customer info such as contact information or shipping info will delay shipments.
 

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Domestic Shipments (U.S.): We use UPS and USPS for all shipments within the United States.

  • International Shipments: We ship internationally using DHL, UPS, or USPS International, depending on destination and package size.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and package dimensions.

Note: All shipments are sent without insurance by default. If you would like your shipment insured, please contact us prior to placing your order so that insurance can be arranged. Tolerance Stack is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
 

Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and others)

  • International destinations including Canada, Europe, Australia, and select countries worldwide

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability.
 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.

For international shipments, final delivery may be handled by your country’s local postal service.
 

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)

  • All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Tolerance Stack has no control over these charges and cannot predict or estimate customs fees.

  • If an order is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any fees incurred.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on location.

  • International Orders: Typically arrive within 6–15 business days, though delivery times vary by country and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and notify the carrier immediately to file a claim.

  • If a shipment is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first.

Tolerance Stack is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. All claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of order. Tolerance Stack is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
 

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
