This is the complete, validated driver seat integration package for the Toyota 2nd Gen Sequoia, combining a scheel-mann seat, Tolerance Stack seat mounting system, and the required electrical integration to retain factory powered and heated seat functionality where supported.
This package exists for customers who want a single, engineered solution rather than assembling seat, mount, and wiring components independently and hoping they work together.
The configuration included in this package was documented and validated on a 2017 Toyota 2nd Gen Sequoia.
What This Package Solves
This package addresses the three areas that consistently stop Sequoia seat conversions:
Mechanical fitment- A vehicle-specific seat mounting system designed around Toyota floor geometry and scheel-mann seat architecture
Electrical integration- A documented electrical path for factory powered and heated driver seats using the OEM seat heater control module
System compatibility- Correct handling of thermistors, heater connectors, and required proxies so factory systems behave as expected
This package is designed to work as a system. Mixing and matching components outside of this package is not recommended.

This package is not compatible with Gen 1 Sequoia platforms.
Seat Configuration
scheel-mann driver seat supplied through Tolerance Stack
Seat includes the Tolerance Stack thermistor, installed by scheel-mann prior to shipment
Seat heater elements compatible with Toyota factory heater control module
scheel-mann seats in this package are prepared specifically for Toyota integration and differ from off-the-shelf scheel-mann seats.
Electrical Integration
This package includes the complete 2nd Gen Sequoia driver seat electrical integration, consisting of two electrical assemblies:
Assembly #1- Floor-side connection to the factory seat heater control module
Assembly #2- Connection from the factory seat heater control module to:
scheel-mann seat heater elements
Tolerance Stack thermistor
The electrical solution supports factory seat heater integration only.
Factory Systems Handling
The following factory systems are handled as part of the complete solution:
Seat belt and seat belt wiring- Remain factory and unchanged
Driver proximity sensor- Repurposed or remounted mechanically, electrically unmodified
Installation Notes
Installation involves mechanical mounting and electrical integration
OEM connector reuse may be required depending on vehicle configuration
In some cases, customer-supplied connector pigtail cores may be required
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
This package assumes familiarity with automotive seating, restraint systems, and electrical work.
