The complete driver seat upgrade for the ISRI L-Series Seats.
The Freightliner 114SD Cascadia, and similar trucks,  are built for serious work. The seat it ships with is too, but it is one-size-fits-all, and for drivers who need something ergonomic, much less orthopedic, it falls short.
 
The scheel-mann Vario F series changes that. It is a purpose-built ergonomic seat with 14-way adjustability: infinitely adjustable thigh support, adjustable side bolsters, and a 4-way lumbar system that lets you dial in both the intensity and height of support for your specific back. Integrated heating is standard across every configuration. Step up to the Vario F Klima and you add active ventilation fans built into the backrest and seat cushion, circulating air to prevent overheating and reduce perspiration on long hauls. Every configuration is available in multiple upholstery options and can be set up with optional armrests.
 
CabMount™ from Tolerance Stack is what puts the scheel-mann seat into a ISRI installed Freightliner 114SD Cascadia and similar trucks. Precision-manufactured steel, designed specifically for the scheel-mann Vario F series on the ISRI airbase. Every dimension was worked out on a 114SD Cascadia in the field. Nothing was assumed to be close enough.
 
The package includes the seat in your chosen configuration, the CabMount™ adapter, anodized aluminum function and side plates in your chosen color, and for cabs with the factory steering damper handle, a 3D-printed ABS spacer that handles the cable routing conflict cleanly. That is everything needed for the installation.
 
Every CabMount™ ships with a full installation guide written for a competent shop that has never seen this combination before. The first install on this combination took us fourteen hours. That documentation exists so the next one doesn't.

A Note on Scope
This package is engineered for the ISRI airbase, commonly found in the Freightliner 114SD Cascadia. Tolerance Stack does not guarantee fitment for configurations outside this spec. If your build varies from the standard 114SD setup, contact us before ordering. We will work through it with you and your installer.
 
Tolerance Stack is expert in this seat, this mount, and this installation. We are not experts in ISRI seating broadly and do not guarantee compatibility with non-standard ISRI airbases.
