The Freightliner 114SD Cascadia is built for serious work. The seat it ships with is too, but it is one-size-fits-all, and for drivers who need something ergonomic, much less orthopedic, it is not the answer.
 
CabMount™ is the solution. Precision-manufactured steel, designed specifically for the scheel-mann Vario F series on the ISRI airbase. Every dimension was worked out on a real 114SD Cascadia in the field. Nothing was assumed to be close enough.
 
The kit is the adapter plate, anodized aluminum function and side plates in your chosen color, and for cabs with the factory steering damper handle, a 3D-printed ABS spacer that resolves the cable routing conflict without modification to the cab or the seat.
 
Every CabMount™ ships with a full installation guide. Line drawings, torque specs, complete procedure, written for a competent shop that has never seen this combination before. The first install on this truck took fourteen hours. That guide exists so the next one doesn't.

CabMount™ is engineered for one specific combination: scheel-mann Vario F series on the ISRI airbase found in the Freightliner 114SD Cascadia and other similar semi-trucks. Tolerance Stack does not guarantee fitment for configurations outside this spec. If your build varies, contact us before ordering. We will work through it with you and your installer.
