Note
This mount is now a special order item as the Klima mounts are by far more common sellers and can be used for heat-only and Klima installations now. The only reason for requiring this version is because there is hardware or electronics installed under the seat that can not be relocated where the Klima storage box would interfere. Average production time is 3-4 weeks.

This driver-side seat mounting system allows you to upgrade your 4th Gen Toyota 4Runner with scheel-mann Vario F or Vario F XXL seats. This NON-KLIMA mounting solution is engineered specifically for the 2003–2009 4Runner platform and provides two seat-height position options to optimize comfort and ergonomics.

This is a vehicle-specific, custom-fit bracket system. It is not a universal mount.

Seat Rails

If your 4th Gen 4Runner has manual OEM seats, no donor rails are needed.
If your 4th Gen 4Runner has powered OEM seats, you will need manual donor rails, which Tolerance Stack can supply.

Seat Height Options
The mounting system provides two seating positions:

Standard: Best for average-height occupants
Tall: Provides additional legroom and corrects the common issue of aftermarket seats sitting too high

Safety Systems & Airbag Integration

This system is engineered to retain all Toyota safety systems when installed correctly:

The OEM 4th Gen 4Runner seat-belt mounting location is preserved
Toyota occupancy sensor remains in use
All factory SRS functions remain operational
Removal of the OEM in-seat airbag is compensated using the included Type 1 airbag proxy
When installed properly, no airbag or SRS warning lights should occur
