Front bracket machining

Full production of the 2nd/3rd Gen Tacoma/FJ Cruiser seat bracket kits a few months ago with the front brackets being fully finished.


What you see in this image are the laser cut steel front brackets before they are tig-welded and then powder coated afterwards. These front brackets should outlast the truck itself because they are so beefy.


The design of these specific brackets were crucial for not only keeping the seats as low as possible but to also move the FJ Cruiser/Tacoma's load-cell from the outside of the frame rail to the inside allowing us to design a seat mounting plate that doesn't raise the scheel-mann seats any higher than the stock seat.
