Note
This mount is now a special order item as the Klima mounts are by far more common sellers and can be used for heat-only and Klima installations now. The only reason for requiring this version is because there is hardware or electronics installed under the seat that can not be relocated where the Klima storage box would interfere. Average production time is 3-4 weeks.

This passenger-side seat mounting system allows you to upgrade your Toyota Tacoma with scheel-mann NON-KLIMA (heated-only) Vario F or Vario F XXL seats in 2nd and 3rd generation Tacomas. This NON-KLIMA-specific design does not include under-seat storage and is intended for heating-only seat configurations.
This is a vehicle-specific, custom-fit mounting system and is not a universal or one-size-fits-all bracket.

Seat Rail Requirements
Factory manual seats: No donor rails required
Factory powered seats: Donor manual Tacoma seat rails are required
Powered Tacoma seat rails cannot be modified for aftermarket seat installations.
Storage
Under-seat storage is not included on NON-KLIMA seat mounting systems.
Storage is exclusive to KLIMA seat pans only.
Important Notes Before Purchasing
This mounting system is for NON-KLIMA seats only.
Accessory switches and OEM seat rails are not included.
This mounting system is not compatible with vehicles equipped with a factory front bench seat.
If your Tacoma has a fold-flat passenger seat, additional modification is required. Please contact us before ordering to confirm compatibility.
Safety Systems & Airbag Integration
This system is designed to retain all factory Toyota safety systems when installed per the provided instructions.
Factory seat-belt mounting location is fully retained.
All original SRS airbag functions remain operational.
The in-seat airbag removed during any aftermarket seat installation is correctly compensated using a custom, vehicle-specific airbag proxy included with the kit.
No airbag warning lights when installed properly.
The mounting bracket provides two seating height positions:
Standard for average-height occupants
Tall for drivers needing additional leg room
Seat Heating & Wiring Integration
scheel-mann NON-KLIMA seats include heating only and use aftermarket heater switches.
If your Tacoma did not come with factory seat heaters, a heater extension harness is included for use with the scheel-mann wiring.
If your 3rd Gen Tacoma did come with factory seat heaters, an OEM-retention heater harness and mounting bracket are available to retain your factory heater switches.
Important:
If your 3rd Gen Tacoma originally had factory seat heaters, your scheel-mann seat must be equipped with the Tolerance Stack thermistor. The stock thermistor supplied with the seat will not function correctly with the Toyota system.

If your 3rd Gen Tacoma came with factory heated seats and you want to continue using the same in-dash seat heater button controls, there are a few extra items needed to make this happen correctly. These items are included when you select 'yes' for factory heat:
- Custom thermister needs to be installed by scheel-mann (+$100)
- Additional heater harness and bracket needed (+$125)
