When you purchase a set of scheel-mann Vario seats they all come with a shiny zinc plated flange torx bolt at the hinge plate. This is the only shiny piece on the entire seat and it looks out of place. These titanium bolts have been anodized black and a carbon fiber washer added. Its estimated that these bolts will give your ride between a 0-5HP increase, guaranteed.

Replacing the factory zinc hardware with titanium and carbon fiber also results in a very small but technically real weight savings. Will you notice it? No. Will you sleep better knowing it’s there? Probably.
