Return Policy

At Tolerance Stack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds.

Important: Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:
•    All items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
•   All items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and manuals included.
•    All items must be returned in perfect, resellable condition, free of any damage, wear, or alterations.
•    A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.

Return Process:
•    A pre-printed return label is included in every box. Please use this label to return your item. If you lose the label, please contact us for assistance.
•    Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
•    Attach the pre-printed return label to the outside of the package.
•    Drop off the package at any authorized shipping carrier location.
•    Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:
•    Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business weeks.
•    Please note that the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
•    We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Items Not Eligible for Returns:
•    We do not accept returns for used, damaged, or altered items.
•    We do not accept returns for items without their original packaging, tags, or manuals.
•    We do not accept returns for items purchased more than 30 days ago.

Exceptions:
We may, at our discretion, make exceptions to this return policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
